Our History of Service
For the past 30 plus years, we have been in many facets of the meat business. From working on a cattle farm, in a USDA processing facility, wholesale, retail, cash & carry and finally protein trading, we have been able to experience and learn the meat business from "farm to fork". Having worked with many national protein companies and further processors, we started the journey of helping customers source various proteins.
